Heather Renee is a singer/songwriter known for her beautiful melodies and insightful lyrics about love & relationships. Her style is ElectroAcoustic (Think Feist meets Portishead).

Playing both guitar and piano, her energetic live show frequently headlines in clubs like IOTA in Arlington, VA and Columbia Station in Washington, DC. She performs both solo and with a band in music venues nationwide.

A firm believer in giving back to her fans she released her first CD entitled “Pretty Prison” last year and personally mailed hundreds of free copies to all who requested one. Her burgeoning notoriety on the internet scene attracted the interest of 2 young independent filmmakers whose webisodes and Independent film, FOUR EYED MONSTERS, went viral across myspace and youtube pages worldwide. They featured her song “DRIFTING” in their movie and included it on a compilation CD, which is available for sale exclusively at Borders nationwide.

Though her new album contains only the first 15 out of 52 songs promised, Heather Renee anticipates releasing a total of 4 albums this year to memorialize her song a week challenge.
